Landscape Design & Installation Giveaway

1. Sponsor
   This giveaway is sponsored by SheaScapes LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Description

   One winner will receive a landscape design and installation project. The winner is responsible for 100% of all material costs associated with the project, including but not limited to plants, trees, shrubs, soil, compost, mulch, stone, edging, and any other materials required.

Labor costs for the design and installation of the new landscape will be provided by Sponsor at no charge, subject to the terms and limitations below.

1. Project Value Cap

The complimentary labor provided by Sponsor applies only within the scope of a project whose total labor value does not exceed $5,000.

If the project labor cost exceeds $5,000, the winner would be responsible for paying all labor costs exceeding $5,000.

Final project valuation shall be determined by Sponsor based on standard pricing and scope of work.

1. Eligibility
   • Open only to residents located in Fairfield County.
   • Must be 18 years or older.
   • One entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
   • Entries must include thoughtful, complete responses to all required questions. Sponsor reserves the sole right to determine whether sufficient effort has been made for eligibility.

2. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on February 12th and ends on April 1 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection
   On April 2, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

4. Referral Bonus
   If the selected winner was referred by another individual and identifies that individual at the time of entry, the referring person will receive 50% off labor costs for a future landscape design and installation project performed by Sponsor.

• Referral must be clearly stated in the entry submission.
• Referral reward applies only to design and installation labor.
• Referral reward has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Additional terms and scheduling conditions may apply.

1. Labor Limitations
   The complimentary labor applies strictly to labor required to design and install the new landscape within the $5,000 total labor project value cap.

Labor required for removal of existing landscaping, disposal of materials, or any other preparatory or corrective work is not included in the complimentary labor. For example, if there is grass or plants that need to be removed in preparation for the new garden beds, this labor will not be included in the complimentary $5,000 in labor.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine final project scope and necessary site preparation.

1. Prize Conditions
   • Winner is responsible for all material costs.
   • Final project scope, valuation, design, and scheduling are subject to Sponsor approval.
   • Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
   • Sponsor reserves the right to decline or modify the project if site conditions are unsafe or outside normal operating scope.

2. General Conditions
   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

3. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use project photos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

4. Acceptance
   Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

      Participants wave all and any rights to sue in accordance with the giveaway or any performances served as a result of the giveaway
